As an entirely new product line (health & wellness) designed to increase monthly auto-ship sales , I helped develop and launch a weight management meal replacement shake in two flavors, and an electrolyte replacement hydration beverage in four flavors, plus a variety pack.

Led the development of FITTEAM HYDRATE & IMMUNE, and re-branded all products in the line, converting from boxes to bags. This reduced product and shipping cost, as well as reducing product damaged in transit by 50%.

Led the development of re-branding all marketing sales, training materials, and the corporate and replicated websites to align with the new product packaging and imagery.

Led the development of all aspects of the Junetics Associate Kit. Created budget, forecast, and marketing strategy for the primary tool leading to the sale of product. Directly responsible for planning, copy, layout, sourcing, printing, assembly, and distribution of all 18 kit components.

Led the development, clinical testing, branding, packaging, production, and marketing for a prestige anti-aging skincare system to anchor a successful new beauty business. Created budgets, forecast, and led development achieving a 6.9% COGS ratio pricing model.

Led the creation, design, development, and launch of the corporate website, replicated websites, and a downloadable iPhone / Android compatable application that allows Junetics Associates to sell products and run their business from their phone or tablet device.

Led the creative team that developed and produced 7 high-quality videos for product/company branding and marketing. Was involved from concept to copy, production through editing. Also personally created and hosted a library of 20 Business Building webinars, to help, instruct, and assist Junetics/Concoria Associates in learning how to build their businesses.
